Shipping & Returns
Standard Delivery is £3.95 and free on orders over £40 shipped with in the UK. Standard delivery can take 2-4 working days. If you need it faster, you can upgrade delivery for next day delivery for £5 (BUT orders must be received by midday). Premium Delivery is not available outside Mainland UK. Any orders placed after 4pm will not get dispatched till the following day. Shipping may take longer during busy periods.
Please note that some larger items such as scooters may be delivered in their original packaging which may display images or details of the contents.
Please note we shop Monday to Friday, orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
In the unfortunate circumstances that an item you have ordered becomes out of stock, we will always contact you immediately and give you the options of a refund, suggest an alternative or if you are happy to wait, we will order the items in for you
We are happy to organise for items to be shipped abroad. Our free shipping over £40 is not valid on items shipped outside the UK. If you are looking to have any items delivered abroad, please do get in touch (email@example.com) and we can quote a delivery price which will be dependent on the size, weight and where it is being shipped.
Within 30 days of purchase, we will accept any item(s) unopened and in resaleable condition. The item(s) can be returned to either of our branches free of charge with your order confirmation. If you need to return the item via post, please send the item(s) to our Beckenham branch (Just Williams Toys, 226 High Street, Beckenham, Kent BR3 1EN) with your order number and contact details. Once your items are returned and inspected, we will contact you via email to confirm whether a refund will be given. Refunds will not be issued if the item(s) returned have signs of wear and tear, not in their original condition, missing parts or faulty for example. If you have any faulty Items, please see the relevant section.
We are not responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Should you have any faulty items please get in touch with us via email (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information:
- order number
- detailing the issue,
- where possible send an image of the issue, this can help prevent sending the item back.
- State whether you would like a refund or a replacement
- Let us know how you would like to be contacted either via email or telephone.
Shipping costs for faulty items will be refunded along with the items once it has been received by Just Williams and the issue verified.
